100x45x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 57 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. A continuous fiber Bragg grating sensor with a diameter of 8 mm is implanted inside each 57-kg fork along the neutral axis. It can sense the strain distribution along the entire length of the fork in real time and wirelessly transmit the data to the cab display. It will automatically alarm when any section approaches the yield limit. The fork tips adopt a modular quick-change design. After wear and tear, you only need to unscrew two countersunk head screws to replace the entire fork tip sleeve without scrapping the whole thing. A dovetail groove is machined on the fork surface near the hook, which is used to install a movable auxiliary push block to prevent left and right deflection when pushing slender workpieces.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The locking device of the hook is changed to an eccentric cam type, which can be locked or released by rotating ninety degrees without any tools. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the torsional stiffness of the entire length of 1,300 mm is calibrated. The difference in torsion angles on both sides is accurate to one hundredth of a℃and is engraved on the fork legs. With a single weight of 57 kg and the anti-slip pits hot-rolled on the side of the fork, it can be safely lifted with a cantilever hook with a rubber pad.
