100x45x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 53 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 45 mm, and the total length is 1.2 meters. Each 53-kg fork is subjected to continuous induction quenching and tempering treatment after forging. The hardness gradient from the hook to the fork tip is controlled within plus or minus 2HRC to ensure consistent mechanical properties throughout the entire length. The fork surface is pressed with directional anti-slip patterns, and the pattern is at an angle of 30 degrees with the long axis of the fork, which can prevent the cargo from sliding forward and backward and shifting laterally at the same time. The positioning surface of the hook is pre-coated with a solid lubricating dry film.

 

There is no need to apply any grease during installation, and it is dust-proof and does not stick to sand. Each pair of forks undergoes a lateral stiffness test before leaving the factory to simulate the inertial load of the forklift when turning at a speed of six kilometers per hour. The horizontal displacement deviation of the left and right forks does not exceed one millimeter. The net weight of 53 kg is clearly embossed on the root of the fork, and an oval lifting hole is reserved. The hole diameter is suitable for standard shackles. The surface treatment adopts hot-dip galvanizing and passivation sealing. The thickness of the coating is more than 80 microns, and the edges are completely covered. It is suitable for operating environments with frequent contact with seawater or snow melting agents. The packaging is in a single independent fully enclosed moisture-proof cylinder, which is filled with nitrogen. It can be stored in the open air for one year before being unpacked.
